It offers perfect neutralisation thanks to it's anti-yellow-agents which directly target the pheomelanin in hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow undertones. Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (Ex: 30g BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ and 45-75 mL BLONDME Premium Developer). On-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.). Off-Scalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol.). Apply to dry hair and let develop for 20 to 45 minutes. Additional heat is not recommended. Visually check progress during development time. Pro-tip For gentle lightening and optimal time control, use BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.). Check visually every 5 minutes.
