Shipping Details - Salon Brands
- Salon Brands applies a consistent $10 shipping rate for all orders across Canada, calculated after discounts and before taxes, regardless of order size.
- Shipments are dispatched from Monday through Friday.
- No hidden customs duties or additional fees apply.
Shipping Timelines:
- Orders are generally prepared within 4 business days, though this may shift based on stock availability. Delivery time, which varies by region, is separate from this processing period.
Carrier-Related Delays:
- Our shipping estimates are not fixed commitments. If your package is unusually delayed, please reach out to us at . We’ll investigate with the carrier if needed, but replacements can’t be sent until the carrier confirms the status of your original shipment.
Order Tracking:
- Every order comes with a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with this number once your package ships. Track your order anytime online, or, if you have an account, check its status in your purchase history.
Damaged Shipments:
- For packages sent to a PO Box, Salon Brands isn’t liable for damage due to weather extremes, theft, or similar issues. For items harmed in transit, see our Exchanges & Warranty details under "Products Damaged During Delivery."
Uncollected Packages:
- If delivery fails, your package will be held at a local post office. Use the delivery notice or tracking number from your email to check its status and arrange pickup.
To claim your package at the post office, bring:
- The delivery notice
- A government-issued photo ID showing your address
Note: You have 10 business days to retrieve your package. If unclaimed, it will return to us, and we’ll cancel your order, refunding it minus a $10 return shipping fee.
Inaccurate or Missing Address:
- If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, the package will return to us. Once received, we’ll refund your order, deducting the $10 return shipping cost. Please verify your address, as Salon Brands isn’t responsible for entry errors.
Stock Availability:
- In rare instances, items may be unavailable. If your order mixes in-stock and out-of-stock products, we’ll refund the unavailable items and ship the rest.
