salonbrandz.com will not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used clippers, trimmers, blades, combs, brushes, shears, hair accessories, makeup, gel/nail polishes, electrical tools, or any other personal-use beauty items. For safety and hygiene, hair color, developers, bleach/lightener, chemical treatments, and liquids/creams are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon delivery, customers must inspect items before signing the delivery receipt. If the product or packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact salonbrandz.com within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and replace damaged units. Do not dispose of any packaging or products.

A technician will inspect the item and either repair the defect, replace the needed part, replace the full unit, or provide a refund once the item is returned within 30 days, in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies.
