All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities sold on a case-by-case basis.
All products and services purchased through the Services are subject only to any applicable manufacturer warranties, where available.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Salon Brandz reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or adjust any order at its discretion, including due to incorrect stock availability, pricing errors, or promotional errors.
Your order is not accepted until Salon Brandz confirms acceptance and processes payment.
Cancellations
Any cancellation request must be made before the order has been packed or shipped. Cancellations can only be requested by calling customer service at +1 (416) 285-0555. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Customized, special-order, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Changes may be permitted only if requested before production or packing begins.
Returns and exchanges are permitted only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that purchases are for lawful use and not for unlawful resale or export.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or fulfillment limitations. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

This store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Salon Brandz. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Salon Brandz, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Salon Brandz.
